The focus of the assessment was to identify some key operational vendors that could help streamline specific operational process in the OTC valuation and collateral management space. Given the firms size and tenure of the operational staff, the engagement was able to provide guidance based on decades of experience and knowledge of the current technology and utility landscape. This ultimately led to increased transparency for the clients and new tools to help them normalize and proactively manage their collateralized portfolio.
