This is a startup type role as the firm is currently unfunded. I'm looking for someone with high integrity, a passion for learning and is hell bent on being successful! They will partner directly with me and other senior team members to build our network and generate productive leads. They may or may not have any prior job experience but probably have a decent network already. They probably don't have a job or want to take a leap of faith! They are few and far between. Willowbrook delivers Operational Assessment
Iain Paine at Willowbrook Advisors confirmed that an Operational Assessment was completed for a medium sized fixed income firm located in Darien CT. The focus of the assessment was to identify some key operational vendors that could help streamline specific operational process in the OTC valuation and collateral management space. Given the firms size and tenure of the operational staff, the engagement was able to provide guidance based on decades of experience and knowledge of the current technology and utility landscape. This ultimately led to increased transparency for the clients and new tools to help them normalize and proactively manage their collateralized portfolio.
