History

Willowbrook Advisors was born out of a passion for helping others understand their business flows front to back and optimizing operational processes to unlock the full potential of the strategy. Operating with different business outcomes - building, running, integrating and transforming, the team at Willowbrook understands how business strategies can change, and the need to center the organization, people and processes to support the strategy.

Iain founded Willowbrook in 2015 after realizing the need to provide top down support for different business processes and from not finding a consistent supply for these types of thinkers and doers. Willowbrook is very much what you see is what you get - the very best expertise, experience and ultimately operational excellence. Unlike our competitors, we land, deliver and transition knowledge for sustainable change - no "land and expand" in our business model!

Willowbrook are your operational navy seal team - deploy us to understand your business, benchmark you against the best and help to implement sustainable changes.
